PTO ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING AND THE EXECUTIVE BOARD ELECTION

Every Mountain Oaks student and parent is a member of the PTO! As a member of the PTO, you may attend board meetings, hear about the exciting events we're planning, and share your input!

 

If you'd like to help with the business side of the PTO, you can apply to be an Executive Board Member!

PTO Executive Board Election information:

• PTO Executive Board applications will be accepted through 10/13/26.

• Annual Mountain Oaks PTO Business Meeting: 10/14/26.

  • Executive Board candidates will be finalized.

• Election: 10/15/26 - 10/29/26.

  • Votes are collected via Google Form ballots. Every household enrolled at Mountain Oaks will have one vote.

• The ballots will be tabulated and validated by a third party.

• Executive Board Members will be installed at the 11/18/26 meeting.
